CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Weekend Rental: 4pm Friday until 4pm Sunday or Monday.
Weekly Rental: 2pm Saturday until 10am the following Saturday.

         TARIFFS     (up to 6 people)
   PEAK:             1st December to 31st January
   Weekly rate:       $2250
   Nightly rate:       $330 (min 2 nights 1st - 20th Dec. Then weekly. )
   FEBRUARY:
   Weekly rate:       $1500
   Nightly rate:       $300 (minimum 2 nights)
   EASTER:
   Weekly rate:       $1500
   Nightly rate:       $295 (minimum 4 nights)
   OFFPEAK:      1st March to 30th November
   Weekly rate:       $1250
   Nightly rate:       $295 (minimum 2 nights)

    CLEANING:    extra $50
      Long weekends have a minimum of 3 nights.

         BOOKING PROCEDURE
   Phone and email bookings require a 50% deposit
   which is to be received within 7 days of booking.
   This deposit confirms your accommodation request
   at Ramsgate House.
   The balance is due on collection of keys at the
   beginning of your stay.
   Bookings cancelled within 30 days of your stay incur
   a loss of deposit if unable to re-book the
   accommodation. Bookings cancelled outside of this
   period incur a $30 administration fee.
